1. What services do you offer?
I offer general notary services, loan signings, apostille processing, I-9 employment verification, and jail or facility notarizations. Services are available for individuals, families, and businesses.
2. Do all signers need to be present?
Yes. Each person whose signature is being notarized must personally appear before the Notary Public with valid government-issued identification.
3. What identification is required?
A valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport is required at the time of notarization.
4. Do you provide legal advice or prepare documents?
No. As a Notary Public, I am not permitted to provide legal advice, explain document contents, or prepare legal documents.
5. Do you offer same-day or after-hours appointments?
Same-day, evening, and weekend appointments may be available depending on scheduling and location. Please call, text, or email to confirm availability or submit a booking request online.
6. What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, debit/credit cards, and other electronic payment methods. Details will be confirmed when booking your appointment.
7. How is pricing determined?
Notarizations are $10 per notarial act, in accordance with Virginia law, plus a travel fee based on location and distance. Final pricing is confirmed prior to your appointment.
